Description (English)
In Salute Movie Commendable effort, but dragged on. Salute Movie The movie lets us burn slow, which is actually pretty slow. Visaranai, Nayattu, Nandi and more recently a writer, Dakshin Udyog, have exposed the police department fearlessly and thoughtfully.
Halfway through the movie Salute Movie, it looks like another attempt at a similar area, but then changes direction, only to make you realize that everything shown so far was completely useless. s.
I Arvind Karunakaran, a police officer on voluntary leave, is troubled by an old case she investigated. How far will he go to unravel the mystery and uncover the truth? Police repression is the main theme they try to achieve, but by the end, you realize that it was more about that unknown criminal. Well, this is one thing to note.
The whole movie actually revolves around the criminal, but you never see his face, that’s rare. And he even wins the war on his side; It is more rare; And then comes the soft, corrective explanation from the police, and that’s where the film drags on.
Vissarnai, Nayattu, Nandi and the writer not only break their silence on corrupt police officers but also speak out against them, whereas Salute Movie Movie is more about showing the positive side, which is a big mismatch. You know the cops are wrong, but they don’t feel anything about it nor does the movie try to humiliate them.
why so light? I couldn’t figure it out. Dulquer Salmaan’s acting is unique. I have watched almost all of Dulquer’s highly-rated movies, and with each one, I fall in love with him more.
Manoj K. Jayan passed as second best, while the others were strictly average. The technical aspects of the film are good, with a special mention of that intense background score. Roshan Andrews’ filmography is not that good, so I think this was a film suitable for his level.
But I expected a better film from Dulquer. The script had potential, however despite some great scenes, the storytelling didn’t work for me. When Roshan Andrews (boy, the extra letters still baffle me!) and Bobby-Sanjay team up for a police process, expectations are high.
This is mainly due to his excellent previous outing – Mumbai Police – which was a gripping investigative thriller with new shades and breaking some of the conventions surrounding the good-bad-man trope.
Its unexpected twist was one of the main winning components, which took actor Prithviraj to greater heights. Now, back to the salute movie movie, Dulquer Salmaan starrer (Sorry, even the keyboard secretly asks me to add extra characters).
I don’t want to go into more plot here, but we will discuss some of the elements that I liked and disliked. Let’s start with the downers first. One of the problems I have with almost every Bobby-Sanjay film is the presence of artificial-sounding dialogues in a realistic setting.
The same goes for the salute movie movie, where some lines get off. Another downfall is how the screenplay ruins many characters (and thus, well-known actors perform them).
A lot of them come across in minor roles, including a beautiful Diana Penty, but there’s no real value in the script. At least, the writer could have captured the dynamic between Arvind (DQ) and his brother much better as it created a significant angle.
Now, the biggest bummer – the lack of “twist”. Some may call it separate but separate cannot cut it. The film is divided into two halves – one focuses on Arvind’s uncomfortable dynamics with the police department and, more specifically, a police team that includes his brother Ajith (Manoj K Jayan).
This arc also adds other incompatible family members into the mix to make it worse. The second one is about a double murder, in which it is said that the police team and later Arvind alone are investigating alone.
The second arc only gets interesting in the second half, when a conman-like angle is introduced, but quickly fizzles out during the climax. I didn’t even enjoy the co-incidences that move the plot forward!
Now, something positive: Jake Bejoy’s score is essential to setting the tone of the film. There are no songs, thankfully. The always dependable Manoj K Jayan does a great job even though he appears in fewer scenes.
The pre-climax part is tempting. Also, call me biased, but I loved seeing my hometown of Trivandrum in film! Slow moving investigative drama. The climax is final and it concludes brilliantly.
Salute Movie Movie Movie Flow has a lot of ups and downs in it. The investigative angle and the layer-by-layer character reveal is the really interesting part of the movie Salute.
Salute Movie – directed by Roshan Andrews, written by Bobby and Sanjay – does not follow the conventions of Malayalam film-poetry. It is neither loud nor flashy as commercial cop movies of this industry often are.
It doesn’t engage in hero swag, which is especially commendable as he is played by the protagonist producer. It is not about the dirty cops alone and not a clean Robin Hood, but revolves around a man who falls quite a bit in the middle.
Roshan Andrews’ Salute Movie movie, starring Dulquer Salmaan as a cop trying to solve a cold case, joins the long list of influential cop thrillers from the industry and makes for a fascinating watch.
The film, which doesn’t quite rely on shocking twists, works mainly because of its focused storyline, and despite being slow, it still manages to keep one hooked till the end.
Dulkar plays Sub-Inspector (SI) Arvind Karunakaran, whose role model to join the force is his own brother Ajit Karunakaran, the Deputy Superintendent of Police (DYSP) played by Manoj K Jayan.
Arvind looks up to his brother and takes pride in working under him. Ajith leads a team that is behind a faceless killer. The police nab the man they believe to be responsible for the double murder, but there isn’t enough evidence to prove it.
However, the real culprit turns out to be someone else and the police, after learning of their folly, decides to solve it all on their own. Arvind’s conscience does not allow him to rest in peace.
To catch the real killer, Arvind goes on a long vacation and begins to investigate himself, earning the wrath of his own brother and his team.
The film offers enough meat about Aravind’s investigation to absorb that part of the plot, and spends a lot of time developing Manoj K Jayan and some of the policemen played by Alancier Le López who are Aurobindo’s fighters.
This, and the moral questions raised in the movie Salute Movie, keep the first half entertaining. In the parts where the action moves away from Aravind’s involvement with these people, it falls short because it focuses too much on Aravind, and as it happens, this is also where the narrative expands unnecessarily. is done.
It sounds like a familiar story, but it’s done in an entertaining way enough to keep us deeply engaged. Things get heated when Arvind becomes a hypocrite in the group and doesn’t want to be part of a corrupt investigation and tries to explain before higher officials.
This is a situation that can prove disastrous for the police, so it becomes a high-stakes game to defend their position within the team, no matter what.
Here Bobby-Sanjay are in their element in using one stressful situation over the other to warm us emotionally about corruption in the system.
What really works in the film’s favor is the narrative style. Unlike most police thrillers, Salute Movie The movie hero is in no hurry to catch the criminal.
This is not one of those movies where the twists blow you away. In fact, the film rarely relies on any major twists and turns and spends its time haunting the protagonist with his conscience and a faceless villain.
Every time we feel that the hero is very close to catching the killer, the story takes a turn and Arvind comes across a road.
Here, we don’t get a hero who is invincible, but someone who is as weak as anyone. The fact that the film never tries to glorify Dulquer’s cop character is a major highlight for the film.
One of the reasons the Salute Movie movie works despite its missteps, is because the director manages to create an atmosphere with the help of Jake Bejoy’s music and DOP Aslam’s Purail’s frames that smoothly shift from personal to panoramic. and comes back when needed.
The other is Dulquer Salmaan himself, who is completely immersed in the dilemmas of his character from beginning to end.
Her expressive face expresses Aravind’s internal struggles as he finds himself drawn into horrific police practices, shocked by the heartlessness of a loved one and later when he learns that his compensation will do much harm to that person.
Salute movie is worth watching and will be especially appreciated by Dulquer Salmaan fans. An engrossing investigative story that seriously lacks punch. The script and story are good, but the biggest drawback is the making.
Never expect such a dull film from Roshan Andrew. The BGM is pretty average and not adrenaline pumping (maybe this is the approach they were intended for, but won’t be pleasing to many, including me).
Overall, take a look for the story/script. Slow start to a crime thriller, tried to pick up the pace but got dragged. Plus it doesn’t give the usual satisfaction of a typical crime thriller in the end.
If you’re expecting some twists and turns, there are none. It is a simple story that inexplicably moves to the end and then suddenly stops.
Great caste, great screenwriter and a good director. There was a lot of expectation from the team.
Roshan Andrews’ latest collaboration with the author duo of Bobby-Sanjay is his 7th collaboration. The Salute Movie movie was scheduled to release in theaters in January, but was delayed due to the Omicron wave.
It finally released directly on SonyLiv, creating an uproar among theater owners in Kerala. Salute Movie Movie is the story of a sub-inspector Arvind Karunakaran, who along with his elder brother and some other policemen concocts evidence to put a man behind bars.
Freed from guilt, Arvind tries to uncover the truth by gathering new evidence against the wishes of his other associates. Dulquer Salmaan’s stellar form continues in the movie Salute Movie.
His restrained performance works well for this realistic cop drama. However you can’t compare it to the iconic Mumbai Police that this director-writer duo came up with; The Salute Movie movie manages to hold its own for the most part.
The manufacturers do a good job of keeping you guessing. Manoj K Jayan played the role of Dulquer’s brother, Diana Penty making her Malayalam film debut. Binu Pappu, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Sania Ayyappan, Elanceor, Indran, Boban Almudan co-star.
Solte’s runtime poses some problems. For a thriller, the Salute Movie movie is a bit long. There are times when you think the characters are going around in circles, but I liked his take on the theft of indentity.
Jacques Bejoy’s background score is pulsating and appropriate. Salute Movie Movie Starring Dulquer Salmaan in lead role..
Directed by Roshan Andrews and written by Bobby-Sanjay Salute Movie Movie Verdict: Super Hit, 4/5. The story revolves around the crimes committed by a man and Dulquer Salmaan is on a mission to find the culprit.
Initially the screen play starts with a lot of doubt for the audience but slowly as the salute movie movie travels, step by step each door is unlocked and it reveals the behind the crime..
Very interesting thriller experience. The script was an unexpected twist in various situations. When we think this is the end, a new twist comes…
Salute Movie Movie The highlight of the movie was the climax. An unexpected climax that frustrates some people but on the other hand it can sometimes be a reality…
Dulquer Salmaan played the role of SI beautifully. Other co-stars played their roles well. A must watch movie on Sony Liv platform.
The Salute Movie Movie is a fresh air in the making of an investigative journey that doesn’t have a sensational storyline with twists, twists after twists, but rather invites us into the world of investigators to see how they face the challenges and how to keep up.
Let’s try to strike a balance between right and wrong. The film also makes a debut in the genre of international cult where the producers work with the characters to explore our unknowns and eventually either have to give up or be convinced that this is the most extreme extreme they can investigate.
Huh. It was a satisfying experience to see our films in this genre in a league of international quality and to congratulate the filmmakers and writers.
The film starts off well, and the dynamism that the first act brought into production was fascinating, with the protagonist and his brother, being in the same profession and working together in the same team, unwittingly in a place that where they take different approaches professionally.
Personally, Nayak in search of a fair investigation, and his brother to save his position by covering up the evidence implicated for the same investigation
The film moves well from the protagonist’s point of view to delve into the layers that unfold, and the treatment that was chosen fits well into the overall experience.
I disagree that it’s a slow burner, but the pacing was appropriate and it hooked me to the plot once the first conflict was established.
The second half was more interesting, and it reminded me of Zodiac, the way investigators get close to the killer and then realize they’re way off and then later they find something that makes it back to the killer.
connects to. It was presented realistically, there was no moment to glorify any actor or any character, to make it a thrilling thriller to grab the attention of the audience.
The climax was beautifully thought of leaving the audience in a position where they don’t usually find themselves after watching the usual thrillers of Indian cinema.
Viewers should have no hope of a formal conclusion to the investigation in which the investigator or his team presents a detailed report on the killer with flashbacks and then offers a twist to surprise the audience, No Not That Salute Movie.
Movies How Movies Are Reviewed or Validated. Barring the side characters and love interest, which failed to make an impression, it certainly marks the beginning of a treatment where I personally prefer to have these more often in Indian cinema, and it is saluted by the makers and producers. It’s a valiant effort to invest in the making. Movie Movie Movie.
highly recommended! Its unique climax and screenplay should make one watch it at least twice, especially to understand the second half, for Roshan Andrews, who deftly mastered the art and brilliant performances added another feather to his cap. Added…forget the mixed reviews, just sit tight and decide on your impression and be sure that you will not be disappointed.
No wonder it went straight to OTT..that’s bad. This is one of the most boring and pointless Mallu movie I have seen in a while. The only positive is that DQ looks good on screen (great styling to make her look like a sexy cop, makeup etc) but everything else is a complete waste of time.
This shows that you can never judge a movie by the trailer. A police officer tries to catch the real culprit of murder to save an innocent man who is framed by other officers and put in jail.
