Vivek’s first book, Urban Naxals, broke all records and became the # 1 best-selling bestseller.
Today, the term ‘urban Naxal’ is used as a legal term and is accepted as a political reality by political analysts, the media and the Government of India. After the book exposed the deadly alliance, several urban Naxalites were arrested for reaffirming Vivek’s hypothesis. Vivek’s next book, Who Killed Shastri, published by Bloomsbury, has been critically acclaimed, and despite being launched amid a full national lockdown due to Covid 19, it remains the most successful book of 2020-21, rising to the second lockdown.
